What Is a Luxury Restroom Trailer?
A self-contained restroom building on a chassis. Guests walk up steps into an enclosed room with proper fixtures, not into a plastic stall. The trailer carries its own fresh water supply and its own waste tank, so it does not need a sewer connection to work.
The functional difference from a deluxe flushable porta potty is not a matter of degree. The deluxe unit is a single stall with a 15 to 20 gallon fresh water reservoir feeding a flush mechanism, and it is genuinely good for what it is. A trailer is multiple stalls, heating and cooling, sinks with running water, and an interior that people describe as nice rather than tolerable.
When Is a Trailer Worth the Money?

What Does the Site Need to Support a Trailer?

It needs power, usually a dedicated connection, and it works best with a water hookup for longer events even though the fresh tank makes short events possible without one.
