What Information Do We Collect?
Two kinds. The first is information you hand us on purpose. When you fill out request a quote or reach out through contact, you give us things like your name, phone number, delivery address, project dates, headcount and whatever notes you add about the site. We ask for that because we cannot price a standard porta potty rental or a roll-off dumpster rental without knowing where it is going and how long it stays.
The second kind is information your browser sends automatically: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you viewed, and the site or search that sent you here.
Why Do We Use It?
To answer you, mostly. Quote information goes to the person who prices and schedules your job. Contact information is used to reach you about that job, confirm delivery windows, and follow up on service visits for equipment that stays on site, such as a luxury restroom trailer or a 40ft storage container.
We also use aggregate site data to understand which pages people actually read, which tells us where to put effort on pages like porta potty rental cost. That analysis is done on grouped data, not on individual browsing histories.

Do We Sell or Share Your Information?
We do not sell your personal information. We share it in a limited set of circumstances: with service providers who operate parts of our business on our behalf, such as form handling, hosting and scheduling tools; with a subcontractor when your job genuinely requires one to perform the work; and where disclosure is required by law or legal process.
How Long Do We Keep It?
Business records associated with a rental are kept as long as we need them for operational, accounting and legal purposes, and no longer than applicable law allows. This policy deliberately does not state a fixed retention period, because retention obligations vary by record type and by the rules that apply to them. If you want to know what we hold about you specifically, ask through contact.

What About Cookies and Tracking?
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember form state, and measure traffic in aggregate. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete existing ones through their settings. Blocking cookies may make parts of the site behave oddly, including forms.
What Choices Do You Have?
You can decline to give us information, though that limits what we can do for you. You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You can ask us to stop contacting you about a project. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights over your personal information, and we will honor rights that apply to you.
Changes and Questions
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change, and the date at the top reflects the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
If you have a question about anything here, raise it through contact before sending us anything sensitive. If you are ready to move forward on a rental instead, request a quote is the place to start, and faq, terms and accessibility cover the rest of what people ask before booking. Our service coverage is listed on service areas, and about explains who we are.
