Are the Prices on This Site Binding?
No. Every figure published on this site is a typical market range for the Toledo area, offered so you can sanity check what you are being told. Ranges are not offers, and they do not bind either of us. A binding price exists only in a written quote issued for your address, your dates and your equipment. Ask for one through request a quote.
Availability is not guaranteed by the site either. Inventory moves, and a unit described on luxury restroom trailer or 40ft storage container may be committed elsewhere on the date you want.
What Are Your Responsibilities as a Customer?
Site access is the big one. You are responsible for providing safe, legal and reasonable access for delivery, service and pickup, and for making sure the placement location is suitable and authorized. If a truck arrives and cannot reach the spot, or the spot has been blocked, that trip still happened.
Permits are yours. Placement on private property in Toledo requires no permit. Placement in the public right of way may require a permit from the City of Toledo, and obtaining it is the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. Regulatory compliance on your own site is also yours. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires one toilet for 20 or fewer workers and then one seat and one urinal per 40 above 20, and OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities in the circumstances it names. We can supply equipment to meet those obligations, including a handwashing station rental, but the obligation to comply stays with the employer.
What Cannot Go Into Rented Equipment?
Portable restrooms and holding tanks are for ordinary sanitary waste only. Do not put paint, solvents, fuel, chemicals, construction debris or hazardous material into a unit or into a holding tank rental.
Dumpsters have their own restricted list, and disposal facilities in Ohio enforce it. Liquids, tires, batteries, paint and hazardous material are not accepted. What cannot go in a dumpster has the detail, and weight allowances are covered on dumpster weight limits. Loads that arrive contaminated or overweight are handled under the terms of your rental agreement.
Who Is Responsible for the Equipment on Site?
While equipment is on your site, you are responsible for it and for keeping it in the condition it arrived in, ordinary wear excepted. Moving a unit yourself, blocking access to it, or allowing it to be damaged, tipped or vandalized are all situations addressed in the rental agreement. Do not relocate equipment without telling us, because service routing and safe placement both depend on knowing where it is.
What Are the Limits on Our Liability?
The website content is provided as is, without warranty of any kind as to accuracy or completeness. Regulations, disposal rules and municipal requirements change, and nothing published here is legal advice or a substitute for confirming a requirement with the authority that enforces it.
Liability arising from a rental is governed by the written rental agreement for that job, not by this page. Nothing on this page creates a guarantee of performance, timing or outcome.
